They’re wrong. The most popular word should have been LIST. yup. Listing friends on Facebook Lists. Listing Umberto Eco’s vertigo lists. Listing Twitter’s hackers’. Listing Tiger Woods affairs. Listing Harry Potter, Twilight, Lord of The Rings, Spiderman, …sequels (they can’t get any closer to Saw 78 or Halloween version beta 320). Listing the “oh so many” times my dad tells me about how little I earn as an architect and how much I work. Listing the Foko blogs and counting. Listing the spams, the trolls, the love and the hate. Listing the fails and successes. Listing the stupidities of greedy African leaders and their supporters. Listing the deaths by hunger, cyclones, eartquakes, tsunamis, terrorist attacks and counting. Listing my blog posts. Listing books I wanted but didn’t have time to read. Listing, listing.
I have been in Canada for 10 yrs now, my accent didn’t turn québecois. Didn’t lose my teny gasy either even though I get to Madagascar every 2yrs. In this decade I lived 10 different lives, suffered pain and loss but survived. I didn’t sleep much, my bank account is still very very empty but I get to hug/biz’oroka people I love the most as much as I can. So, yeah, there have been very ugly days when the only thing to do was tuning in a very good Bruce Willis movie and let things cool down but there were also (lots of) unforgettable memories that matured me into this very grown-up but still eccentric woman. I know for a fact that I am still a big “work in progress” and need to get the job done on some levels. For instance this is my List for 2020:
- Keep blogging.
- Get done with those ?%$%%#$! exams (driver licence included)
- Spend less time in front of tv/laptop/any devices which are keeping my attention away from reality
- Get fit, Get fit . ‘cuz you are officially a fat ass now.
- Protect more and more my privacy. obviously this will still be my only wealth.
- Grow Orchids. or try very hard not to kill it. Girl You’ve been raised by Orchids lovers! Girl up!
- stop smiling like a hypocrit. they know.
- Visit people I love more often
- Give more, Share more, Care more. Think more!

Ahahaha, I LOVE this article lol it relates to me! Yep I need tons of exams to be over with as well (including the driver’s license ahaha it has become a joke now cuz I’ve been putting it off for so LONG). The get fit part man oh man lol don’t even get me starting on that! I do not wanna loose hope though…and last but definitely not least and the most important one “stop smiling like hypocrit” LOL very very me (and you know me) and THEY know as well!
